1. Floral Orders & Availability
Because flowers are perishable natural products subject to mountain climate and harvest seasons, slight color variations or seasonal substitutions of equal or higher value may occasionally occur.
2. Delivery Policies in Nilgiris
We deliver within specified time windows across Ooty, Coonoor, Kotagiri, and Lovedale. In the event the recipient is unreachable, our delivery partner will coordinate with the sender or leave the arrangement safely with hotel concierge / residential security.
3. Payments & Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or Cash on Delivery verification. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), cash, and direct bank transfers.
